Halloween costume 2008, Dr. Liara T'Soni from Mass Effect (1). My first attempt at working with latex - I later wrote a little tutorial on how to make a latex headpiece, based on my experiences. This picture is of my third latex headpiece and a really, really bad makeup job - I didn't feel like sitting 4 hours for makeup, so you will have to excuse the blotchy blue and my (lack of) photoshop skills.
Rest of the images can be seen here
And you can find the complete headpiece tutorial here

What fabric did you use for the green and white parts and where did you get it? I'm having trouble finding fabric that would work.

I used four-way stretch knits for both the green and white - I just found them at a local fabric store years ago! You can try looking/asking on the N7 Elite costume forum or facebook page to see if there is a solid online source for fabric for her uniform.

How did you made edge of the headpiece so smooth :wow: ?

For this photo, photoshop! Heh heh

(But the edges for this particular headpiece were also pretty thin - stippling latex into the mold at the edges is key, then using liquid latex to blend the headpiece edges into the skin)
